Community Partners Offering Services From April 5 - September 30, 2010

Beginning April 5, 2010 through September 30, 2010, The Pima County Health Department Is Partnering With Community Agencies To Make More Services Available At Our Public Health Nursing Offices.

For a limited time the following Public Health Nursing Offices will have representatives from community agencies on site to assist residents to access and apply for health insurance and other community services. These agencies will also be available to help explain how individuals can use their health insurance.

Pima Health Nursing East Clinic:
Pima Community Access Program (PCAP) Services at our East Clinic
Where: 6920 E. Broadway Tucson, AZ 85710 (Suite G & E)
When: Mondays 1-4 pm
Services: Screenings for AHCCCS, (KidsCare), Food Stamps/TANF, PCAP and AZ Primary Care/sliding fee scale.

Pima Health Nursing South Clinic:
Carondelet Health Network at our South Clinic
Where: 175 W. Irvington Tucson, AZ 85714
When: Tuesdays 1-4pm
Services: Screenings for AHCCCS, (KidsCare), Food Stamps/TANF, referrals to other free or discounted health services.

Pima Health Nusring North Clinic:
MHC Healthcare/Marana Health Center at our North Clinic
Where: 3550 N. 1st Ave. Tucson, AZ 85719
When: Thursdays 1-5 pm
Services: Screenings for AHCCCS, (KidsCare), Food Stamps/TANF and Az Primary Care/sliding fee scale.
